Hit up the starving artists in your dorm or neighbourhood and ask them to donate one or several pieces of their art to your worthy cause at $5 or $10 per entry. Ask a gallery owner to donate the space, or perhaps there’s a space on campus available at no charge, and get local celebrities to judge the work. Afterwards, sell the art to the public (or use a silent auction) to generate even more proceeds.
