Carla Cardarelli, Manager Recruitment Programs; has held various roles within TD Canada Trust (TDCT) during the 22 years she’s been with the organization. After graduation, she began her career in the retail branch network, where she had the opportunity to experience a variety of roles including Branch Manager.
About 5 years ago, she made a career decision to move into Human Resources (HR), where she has had the opportunity to support various TDCT businesses from a HR perspective. In her current role of Manager of Recruitment Programs for TDCT, she has the pleasure of supporting recruitment teams across the country by developing tools and resources that assist in attracting a diverse talent base and position TDCT for future growth.
